The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Charters Amendment) Act 2003

Repeal of provisions of the Charter of 1844.

7.— Paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20 and 21 of the Charter of 1844 shall be repealed.
