Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“bridge order” has the meaning assigned to it by Part IV of the Local Government Act 1946 ; | ||
“Minister” means the Minister for the Environment and Local Government; | ||
“Part IV” means Part IV of the Local Government Act 1946 as amended; | ||
“Principal Act” means the Local Government Act 2001 . |
