Grants to Authority. |
24.—(1) The Minister may, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, advance to the Authority out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas such sums as the Minister may determine. | |
(2) The aggregate of moneys advanced under subsection (1) in relation to capital expenditure on projects or enterprises to which section 8 (1)(e) applies shall not exceed €65,000,000. |
