S.I. No. 46/2003 - National Treasury Management Agency (State Authorities) Order 2003
I, Charlie McCreevy, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authorities) Order 2003. | ||||||||
(2) This Order shall come into operation on 10th February 2003. 2. The bodies specified in the Schedule to this Order are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 93 of 2000). | ||||||||
