S.I. No. 303/2003 - Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2003

I, Dermot Ahern, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 (No. 23 of 2003), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2003.

2. The 21^st day of July 2003 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 (No. 23 of 2003).
