S.I. No. 363/2003 - Immigration Act 2003 (Section 8 Commencement) Order 2003

I, Michael McDowell TD, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Immigration Act 2003 (No. 26 of 2003) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2003 (Section 8 Commencement) Order 2003.

2. The 11th day of August 2003 is hereby fixed as the day on which section 8 of the Immigration Act 2003 shall come into operation.
