S.I. No. 461/2003 - European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2003/7/EC1 of 24 January 2003 hereby make the following regulations: 1 (1) These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and come into operation on 1 December 2003. | ||||||||
(2) The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 to 2000 and these Regulations may be cited collectively as the European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 to 2003. 2. The European Communities (Additives in Feedingstuffs) Regulations 1999 are amended by the insertion of “Commission Directive 2003/7/EC of 24 January 20032 ” following “Council Directive No. 96/25/EC of 29 April 1996” in the definition of “Council Directive” in Regulation 2(1). | ||||||||
