S.I. No. 485/2003 - Motor Vehicle (Duties and Licences) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order, 2003

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 (2) of the Motor Vehicle (Duties and Licences) Act 2003 , hereby orders as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicle (Duties and Licences) Act 2003 (Commencement) Order, 2003.

2.         The 21st day of October 2003 is hereby appointed to be the day on which section 8 of the Motor Vehicle (Duties and Licences) Act 2003 , shall come into operation.
