S.I. No. 79/2004 - Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

I, MICHAEL MCDOWELL, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (1) of the Decommissioning Act 1997 (No. 3 of 1997), and the Justice (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 298 of 1997 ), make the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

2. The Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations 1998 ( S.I. No. 216 of 1998 ) (“the 1998 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 ( S.I. No. 134 of 2000 ) (“the 2000 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 ( S.I. No. 211 of 2001 ) (“the 2001 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 41 of 2002 ) (“the 2002 Regulations”), the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No. 69 of 2003 ) (“the 2003 Regulations”) and these Regulations may be cited together as the Decommissioning Act 1997 (Decommissioning) Regulations, 1998 to 2004.

3. Regulation 2 of the 1998 Regulations, as amended by the 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 Regulations, is further amended by the substitution of “25th day of February 2005” for “26th day of February 2004”.
