S.I. No. 143/2004 - Greyhound Race Track (Totalisator) (Percentage Deduction) Regulation 2004

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sub-section (3) of Section 40 of the Greyhound Industry Act 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) hereby makes the following regulation, that is to say:

1.  The percentage deduction on all totalisator pools operated by the board shall be 20%.

2.  This regulation may be cited as the Greyhound Race Track (Percentage Deduction) Regulation 2004.

3.  This regulation shall come into operation on the 12th day of April 2004.
