S.I. No. 214/2004 - Agriculture (Research, Training and Advice) Act (Transfer of Property) Order 2004

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food in exercise of the powers conferred on me in section 21 (5)(a) of the Agriculture (Research, Training and Advice) Act 1988 (No. 18 of 1988) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 306 of 2002 )) hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (Research, Training and Advice) Act (Transfer of Property)Order 2004.

2.   All property contained in Land Registry Folio 22836 of the Register in County Cork other than lands described at Entry No. I of Part II of the Folio being Plan No. 6 on the Folio Map is transferred to Teagasc without further transfer.
