S.I. No. 917/2004 - Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2004

The Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (3) of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order maybe cited as the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2004.

2. The 21st day of September 2004 is appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001) comes into operation.
