S.I. No. 918/2004 - Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2004

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order maybe cited as the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. The 2nd day of June 2004 is fixed as the day on which sections 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 10 , 13 , 14 , 16 to 19 , 21 to 24 , 27 , 31 , 34 and 36 of the Vocational Education (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 23 of 2001) comes into operation.
