5.—(1) Section 58 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a) by deleting subsection (1)(a), and
(b) in subsection (2), by substituting “An increase of benefit referred to in subsection (1) is an increase” for “The increases of benefit referred to in subsection (1) are increases”.
(2) This section comes into operation on 2 May 2005.
