Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Act 2005

Amendment of section 47 (accountability) of Principal Act.

10.—Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by deleting subsection (2), and

(b) in subsection (3) by deleting “or the chairperson of the Board, as the case may be,”.
