Short title and collective citation. |
16.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Act 2005. | |
(2) This Act, the Dormant Accounts Act 2001 , section 27 of the Unclaimed Life Assurance Policies Act 2003 and Part 27 of Schedule 1 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 may be cited together as the Dormant Accounts Acts 2001 to 2005. |
