Amendment of Title to Part 5 of Act of 2001.

128.— The title to Part 5 of the Act of 2001 is amended by the substitution of “RESTRICTION ON CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST CERTAIN CHILDREN” for “CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY”.
