Criminal Justice Act 2006

Amendment of section 165 of Act of 2001.

150.— Section 165 of the Act of 2001 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)(b), by the substitution of “risk, and” for “risk,”, and

(b) by the deletion of paragraph (c) of subsection (1).
