Amendment of section 41 of Principal Act.
12.— Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a) by substituting “section 34, 37 or 37G” for “sections 34 and 37” in each place where those words occur, and
(b) by inserting “or the Board” after “planning authority” where those words secondly occur.
