Patents (Amendment) Act 2006

Patentable inventions (section 9 of Principal Act).

3.— Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by inserting “, in all fields of technology,” after “An invention”, and

(b) by deleting subsections (4) and (5).
