Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (Establishment Day) Order 2006

I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (Establishment Day) Order 2006.

2.         The 4^th day of November, 2006 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006).
