Regulations respecting procedures for setting standards. |
100.— Without limiting the generality of section 98 , the Minister may make regulations respecting procedures to be followed by the Authority in setting standards under section 8 (1) including but not limited to regulations respecting— | |
(a) publication of any proposed standards, | ||
(b) consultations in relation to the standards, | ||
(c) the consultation period, and | ||
(d) the publication of the standards after their approval by the Minister. |
