Amendment of section 1 (definitions) of the Redundancy Payments Act 1979 . |
22.— Section 1 of the Redundancy Payments Act 1979 is amended by substituting the following for the definition of “the Minister”: | |
“ ‘ Minister ’ means the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;”. |
