Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2008

Respite care grant — increase.

9.— (1) Section 225 of the Principal Act (amended by section 28(a) of the Act of 2007) is amended in subsection (1) by substituting “€1,700” for “€1,500”.

(2) This section comes into operation on 5 June 2008.
