Funding of public transport infrastructure. |
45.— (1) The Authority may, subject to such conditions as it sees fit, make grants to public transport authorities or third parties out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, in respect of the securing of public transport infrastructure assigned to such authorities or third parties under section 44 . | |
(2) Conditions attaching to grants made under subsection (1) may include terms governing repayment of a grant, interest and such other matters as may be determined by the Authority, with the consent of the Minister and the Minister for Finance. |
