Amendment of section 3 (supply of goods) of Principal Act.

68.— Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (1C)—

(a) in paragraph (a), by substituting “immovable goods.” for “immovable goods, and” and

(b) by deleting paragraph (b).
