S.I. No. 609/2008 - Teaching Council (Charging, Receipt and Recovery of Fees) Regulations 2008

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th December, 2012.

1. This Regulation is made by the Teaching Council, with the consent of the Minister for Education and Science, pursuant to its powers under Section 4 of the Teaching Council Act 2001 (the “Act”).

2. It is hereby provided that the fees as set out in Schedule 1 of this Regulation may be charged, received and recovered by the Teaching Council in accordance with Section 23 of the Act.

This Regulation has been approved by the Executive Committee of the Teaching Council on behalf of the Teaching Council in accordance with Section 26(e) of the Act.
