Amendment of section 2 of Principal Act. |
2.— Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (1), by the insertion of the following definition: | |
“ ‘ cigarettes ’ has the same meaning as it has in Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the Finance Act 2005 ;”. |
