S.I. No. 382/2009 - Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th September, 2009.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 58 and 60 of the Finance Act 1993 (No. 13 of 1993) and the Roads and Road Vehicles (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2007 ( S.I. No. 815 of 2007 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2009.

2. The persons specified in the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of section 60 (3) of the Finance Act 1993 (No. 13 of 1993).

3. The Finance Act 1993 (Section 60) Regulations 2005 ( S.I. No. 846 of 2005 ) are revoked.
