4.— The Minister shall, in respect of every year there is any amount outstanding and owed to the State under the loan facility, cause as soon as practicable after the end of that year a report to be laid before Dáil Éireann containing the following information: | |
(a) the aggregate amount of moneys advanced by the State under section 2 during that year, | ||
(b) the aggregate amount of moneys received by the State under section 3 during that year, | ||
(c) the aggregate amount of moneys advanced by the State under section 2 up to the end of that year, | ||
(d) the aggregate amount of moneys received by the State under section 3 up to the end of that year, and | ||
(e) the aggregate amount of moneys outstanding and owed to the State under the loan facility at the end of that year. |
