Repeals and revocation. |
3.— (1) Section 44 of the Health Act 1947 and section 36 (2) of the Health Act 1953 are repealed. | |
(2) The Saint Luke’s Hospital Board (Establishment) Order 1999 ( S.I. No. 253 of 1999 ) is revoked. |
