Contraventions and Non-Compliance Other than as Provided in Other Parts

Prohibition against certain advertisements.
|
144.— A person shall not publish or cause to be published an advertisement indicating—
|
|
| |
(a) that a parent or guardian of a child desires to have the child adopted,
|
|
| |
(b) that a person desires to adopt a child, or
|
|
| |
(c) that a person (not being an accredited body, the Health Service Executive or the Authority) is willing to make arrangements for the adoption of a child.
