Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010

Amendment of section 67 of Act of 1965.

72.— Section 67 of the Act of 1965 is amended—

(a) in subsection (2)(b), by substituting “section 67B(2)” for “subsection (4)”, and

(b) by repealing subsections (3) and (4).
