Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010

Amendment of section 11 of Act of 1995.

162.— Section 11(2) of the Act of 1995 is amended—

(a) in paragraph (b) by inserting “, registration in a civil partnership” before “or death”, and

(b) in paragraph (c) by inserting “or registered in a civil partnership” after “remarried”.
