Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010

Amendment of section 15 of Act of 1995.

164.— Section 15(4) of the Act of 1995 is amended—

(a) by inserting “or registration in a civil partnership” before “of that spouse”, and

(b) by inserting “or civil partnership registration” after “remarriage” in the last line.
