Amendment of section 87 of Principal Act.

36.— Section 87 of the Principal Act is amended in paragraph (a) by the substitution of “Notwithstanding section 4(1)(a), (h), (i), (j), (k) or (l), and any regulations made under section 4(2),” for “Notwithstanding section 4(1)(h)”.
