Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Act 2010 (No. 2 of 2010), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Act 2010 (Part 2) (Appointed Day) Order 2010.

2. The day appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of Part 2 of the Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Act 2010 (No. 2 of 2010) is 12 July 2010.
