S.I. No. 337/2010 - Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 21(1)) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th July, 2010.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 (1) of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (No. 8 of 1993), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 (Section 21(1)) Order 2010.

2. The Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act 1993 is amended—

(a) in the First Schedule, by inserting “Dublin Docklands Development Authority” after “Defence Forces Canteen Board”, and

(b) in the Second Schedule, by deleting “Custom House Docks Development Authority”.
