I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2010/380/EC of 7 July 2010 1 , hereby make the following Regulations— | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Anoplophora chinensis) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. | ||
2. The European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Anoplophora chinensis) Regulations 2009 ( S.I. No. 391 of 2009 ) are amended in Regulation 2(1), by substituting for the definition of “Commission Decision” the following— | ||
“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2008/840/EC of 7 November 2008 and Commission Decision 2010/380/EC of 7 July 2010 2 ;”. | ||
