Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st October, 2010.

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (Section 58) (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The day fixed as the day on which section 58 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008 (No. 15 of 2008) comes into operation is 30 September 2010.
