S.I. No. 634/2010 - Occupational Pension Schemes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

I, ÉAMON Ó CUÍV, Minister for Social Protection, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 and 25 (amended by section 37 of the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2007 (No. 8 of 2007)) of the Pensions Act 1990 (No. 25 of 1990) (as adapted by the Social and Family Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 186 of 2010 )), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2010.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2011.

2. Article 4 (amended by article 2 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 ( S.I. No. 465 of 2009 )) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 610 of 2002 ) is amended—

(a) in sub-article (2)(a), by substituting “€8.00” for “€8.80”,

(b) in sub-article (2)(b), by substituting “€4,000” for “€4,395”, and

(c) in sub-article (2)(c), by substituting “€4.00” for “€4.40”.

The Minister for Finance consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations.
