Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

Amendment of section 50A of Act of 2000.

20.— Section 50A of the Act of 2000 is amended—

(a) in subsection (3)(b)(i) by substituting “sufficient interest” for “substantial interest”, and

(b) in subsection (4) by substituting “sufficient interest” for “substantial interest”.
