Minister may contribute to Fund. |
12.— (1) The Minister may contribute to the Fund such sums as he or she considers appropriate from the Central Fund or the growing produce of the Central Fund. | |
(2) The Minister is entitled to be reimbursed from the Fund for all contributions under subsection (1) and any financial incentive provided pursuant to section 46 . |
