I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 67 (5) of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No. 36 of 2010), hereby makes the following order: | ||
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the General Government Secured Borrowings Order 2011. | ||
(2) This Order comes into operation on 28 January 2011. | ||
2. The bodies listed in the schedule are prescribed for the purposes of Section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No. 36 of 2010). | ||
