S.I. No. 78/2011 - National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th February, 2011.

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health and Children, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2011.

2. The Office of the Ombudsman for Children is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Health and Children consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
