The Private Security Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 51 of the Private Security Services Act 2004 (No. 12 of 2004) and with the consent of the Minister for Justice and Law Reform, hereby makes the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Security (Duplicate Licence and Identity Card Fee) Regulations 2011. | ||
2. These Regulations come in to operation on the 1st day of May 2011. | ||
3. The fee prescribed in respect of the issue of a duplicate licence or identity card under section 31 of the Private Security Services Act 2004 (No. 12 of 2004) is €20. | ||
The Minister for Justice and Law Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Regulations. | ||
