S.I. No. 396/2011 - Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2011.

The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 5 (1) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby orders as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2011.

2. A Constituency Commission is hereby established to perform the function assigned to it by Part II of the Electoral Act 1997 .
