S.I. No. 468/2011 - Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed form and fee) (No. 2) Regulations 2011.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minster) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )) and having consulted with the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed form and fee) (No. 2) Regulations 2011.

2. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 30 (1) of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011).

3. The amount of €300 is specified as the fee payable for the purposes of section 30 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 .

4. The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed form and fee) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 97 of 2011 ) are revoked.

These Regulations prescribe a revised form of application to be made and the fee to be paid to the Companies Registration Office in connection with the restoration of companies to the Companies Register under section 30 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011). The previous Regulations ( S.I. No. 97 of 2011 ) are revoked.
