Amendment of section 38 of Act of 2001.
10.— The Act of 2001 is amended by substituting for paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 38 the following paragraph:
“(a) review, and where appropriate accredit, the programmes of teacher education and training provided by institutions of higher education.”.
