2.— In this Act— | |
“Act of 1971” means the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act 1971 ; | ||
“Act of 2001” means the Local Government Act 2001 ; | ||
“Minister” means the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government. |
